Heading on Back

I’ve been waiting to write this post for a while; I’ve had to hold off until we got all our ducks in a row… not that we have ducks.  We’re moving back to Cleveland in about two weeks.  We feel like it’s the best place for us considering the stage of life we’re in and some council that we’ve received from people here in Rhode Island.  We’re sad to leave our house church here in RI and the people that we’ve met.  Even though the last nine months haven’t been the easiest or most pleasant, I’m glad that we came; we’ve learned a lot about ourselves and each other through difficult circumstances.  I won’t dare to write a paragraph stating what we’ve learned or declaring the purpose of our time in RI.  I just don’t know.  I may never know, but I’m becoming more comfortable with just knowing that God is good and He loves Adriane and me.  Frankly, I’m not even sure of what we’re going to do once we get back to Cleveland (see previous sentence).  It’s one of those situations where Tony O. or Erica would say, “Well, that’s a good place to be.”  I don’t always feel good, but feelings aren’t always the point.  Sometimes, you just have to trust.

Wishing you only the best in the future. It’s soooo quiet in your area since you left…. :)

Best of luck. Drop me a line once in awhile if you feel like it.
